About the position

We're looking to hire a talented QA analyst to help build a highly-reliable media creation platform. This position is a full-time role reporting to the Quality Lead at the Kapwing HQ in San Francisco. As a QA Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by supporting the product and engineering teams through various testing processes. You will be responsible for writing test plans and iteratively testing functionality to ensure high-quality product development. In addition to supporting product development, you will oversee releases by collaborating with engineering and Customer Support teams to develop processes and protocols for pre-release testing and post-release monitoring. Your role will involve rigorous manual testing to verify that Kapwing is performing as expected in production environments.
