About the position

The QA Analyst position at TP ICAP is a critical role within the organization, focusing on ensuring the quality and reliability of software products used in financial markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing software quality through both manual and automated testing methods. This includes finding and reporting bugs and issues, as well as developing and executing exploratory and automated tests to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality before they are launched. The role requires close collaboration with development and business teams to identify and correct issues iteratively, ensuring that the software runs smoothly and meets client needs. In this role, the QA Analyst will also be responsible for designing and conducting tests prior to product launches, reviewing and analyzing system specifications, and documenting test plans and test cases. The position demands a keen attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. The QA Analyst will play a vital role in the continuous improvement of software quality and will be expected to contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance testing processes and methodologies. Responsibilities

  • Assess software quality through manual and automated testing

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

  • Proven QA work experience in financial markets trading software
