About the position

The Quality Assurance Analyst at Pilsen Wellness Center is responsible for evaluating and disseminating data related to the quality of the agency's Substance Use and Treatment services. This role involves analyzing the results of Quality Assurance reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to economically disadvantaged populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and disseminate data related to the quality of agency programs.
• Analyze results of Quality Assurance reviews for Substance Use and Treatment services.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field.
• Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) or LPC, LCP, MSW preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
