About the position

The QA Analyst is responsible for creating test scripts and cases for quality assurance testing of Judiciary applications. This role involves testing applications, documenting issues, and collaborating with internal business and IT teams to resolve any identified problems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections.
• Assist with helpdesk tickets to resolve user-reported issues.
• Execute tests on software usability.
• Analyze test results and report errors or bugs.
• Prepare reports on all aspects related to the QA software testing carried out and report to the business and development teams.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA testing.
• Experience in Quality Center and any agile methodology tool is required.
• UFT automation tool experience is required.
• Extensive experience with the use of Microsoft Office products is required.

Nice-to-haves

• SQL experience is a plus.
• PEGA experience is a plus.
• Mainframe experience is a plus.
