About the position

As a QA Analyst at Mobot, you will be responsible for performing manual and automated tests on mobile applications, documenting findings, and collaborating with Customer Success and Engineering teams to identify and report bugs. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of our products and requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee manual tests for multiple mobile applications
• Collaborate with internal team members to address incoming customer requests
• Document your findings from testing via written text and video captures
• Assist the Customer Success team with investigations focused on mobile app bugs discovered during testing
• Plan and execute automated mobile application testing with mechanical robots
• Attend daily stand up meetings and document processes

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to observe nuanced issues in mobile apps
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with modern productivity software such as Google Suite and Slack
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests efficiently
• Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of computers and smartphones
