This position is responsible for assisting the BME (Biomedical Engineering) Management team on the overall quality throughout the lab and assisting with other administrative workflows.
Responsibilities
Assist the BME Management team on overall quality throughout the lab.
Assist with other administrative workflows.
Work order management.
Training coordination.
SOP and document management.
Audit of documentation and preparation for inspection readiness.
Coordination of instrument activities (installation/decommission/repair).
PM scheduling.
Inventory management.
Environmental monitoring system management.
Redirect misrouted paperwork.
Observe all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Six months lab experience (preferred).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills.
Accurate and detail oriented.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Good organizational skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Ability to work on numerous projects at the same time.
