About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting the BME (Biomedical Engineering) Management team on the overall quality throughout the lab and assisting with other administrative workflows.

Requirements

  • Six months lab experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Accurate and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work on numerous projects at the same time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the BME Management team on overall quality throughout the lab.
  • Assist with other administrative workflows.
  • Work order management.
  • Training coordination.
  • SOP and document management.
  • Audit of documentation and preparation for inspection readiness.
  • Coordination of instrument activities (installation/decommission/repair).
  • PM scheduling.
  • Inventory management.
  • Environmental monitoring system management.
  • Redirect misrouted paperwork.
  • Observe all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
