About the position

The QA Automation Analyst role involves creating and maintaining automation frameworks, managing test cases and defects, and collaborating with Agile teams. The position requires extensive experience in automation tools and programming languages, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a new Automation Framework as needed.
• Manage test cases and defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Agile (Scrum) teams for software testing.
• Perform hands-on automation using Core Java, Selenium, Junit/TestNG, Cucumber, Soap UI, REST, and API.
• Contribute as a team player while also being able to work independently.
• Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and approaches.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on automation experience with Core Java, Selenium, Junit/TestNG, Cucumber, Soap UI, REST, and API.
• Strong understanding of software skills including business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure to Agile (Scrum) teams.
• Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, Maven, Jenkins, and IntelliJ.
