About the position

The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. This role requires a strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium Webdriver.
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and requirements.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Perform regression testing and ensure software quality before releases.
• Document test cases, test results, and defects in tracking systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA automation testing with Java and Selenium Webdriver.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as TestNG and Maven.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with REST Assured for API testing.
• Knowledge of SQL for database testing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as Gatling.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
