About the position

The QA Automation Trainer position involves teaching students about Software Quality Assurance and Automation Testing. The role requires providing training through both physical and remote classrooms, utilizing adult learning practices to engage learners effectively. The instructor will focus on hands-on automated testing and the design and development of automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide training via physical and remote classroom settings.
• Conduct technical instruction using adult learning practices to engage learners.
• Ensure content is relevant to the targeted audience.

Requirements

• Software Engineering Development with a focus on Quality Assurance testing and Automation Testing.
• Experience with the Selenium suite of Tools (Selenium IDE, Selenium RC, Selenium WebDriver, and Selenium Grid).
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and hands-on automated testing.
• Experience in design and development of Automation frameworks and Automation Testing Strategies.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with students.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Four years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree; teaching experience is a plus but not required.
