About the position

The QA Bank Analyst role focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of banking processes and customer information management systems. This position is essential for maintaining data integrity and privacy while providing valuable feedback to supervisors and team leaders based on quality findings.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates customer information management systems and processes across all channels to ensure customer data integrity and privacy.
  • Prepares reports and feedback on quality findings for distribution to supervisors/team leaders.
  • Performs quality checks on all written and electronic correspondences.
  • Reviews items in the system of record and identifies the complaint category, adding a summary of the complaint.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in banking or quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of bank products and services.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations related to banking.
