About the position

Sightline Systems is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support our business strategy across various functions, including product delivery, customer support, and quality assurance testing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software and problem-solving through technology, contributing to the development and support of world-class software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements and document them.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle as a requirements owner.
• Create and maintain product documentation.
• Develop and maintain test cases for regression testing.
• Perform manual regression testing prior to each new release.
• Support product implementation for customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology or computer science.
• 2+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in a software development organization.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Solid understanding of the software development process, tools, and technology.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills and technology.
• Experience with Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence) or similar systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).
• Experience contributing to a team.
• Able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
