About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Decisioning Test Lead (Senior Digital Product Manager) on the Marketing Decisioning Architect Team as part of Enterprise Marketing Services. This role is crucial for ensuring quality outcomes for implemented strategies in Wells Fargo's Customer Decision Hub. The Decisioning Test Lead will validate changes to the decisioning engine, document controls, and support users by introducing actions into the system. The position involves analyzing user stories, creating test strategies, and managing regression testing processes to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of decisioning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and define testing requirements for omni-channel decisioning solutions.
• Perform impact analysis of new decisioning logic changes.
• Create test strategies, designs, and test cases for new decisioning logic.
• Provide feedback on test cases and identify different scenarios of logic execution.
• Manage and maintain the regression testing process for decisioning logic.
• Communicate problems and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Interface with key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and evangelize the platform.
• Lead or participate in complex functions within the decisioning engine.

Requirements

• 4+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year experience in PEGA Decisioning/PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• 4+ years of QA experience specific to testing and validating decisioning systems.
• 2+ years of test case review, management, and approval experience.
• 1+ year in functional and automation testing for REST APIs.
