QA Engineer Intern - Long Term (6 months)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA engineers and software developers on exciting, large-scale projects.
• Enhance your problem-solving abilities, while learning new techniques and expanding your knowledge base.
• Gain hands-on experience with testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Participate in both manual and automated testing to understand and improve quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Currently working towards a bachelor's degree and in their 4th year of study.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Open to learning, personal and professional growth.
• Familiarity with types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, smoke, exploratory).
• Understanding of defect lifecycle and bug tracking process.
• Basic understanding of manual testing (ability to write and execute test cases and test scenarios and experience in identifying and reporting bugs).
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Playwright) and basic scripting in any language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Motivated to explore a career path as a QA Engineer.
• Eager to explore new technologies, learn innovative methods, and ensure creativity.
