About the position

Oshi Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Patient Experience Squad. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the patient journey from onboarding to diagnosis and therapy. Our mission is to revolutionize digestive healthcare, and as a QA Engineer, you will ensure that every aspect of our digital clinic model meets the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to refine user stories and ensure that acceptance criteria are clearly defined. Your expertise will be vital in conducting thorough testing of new features and ensuring that our releases are fully regression tested before going live. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector. As part of your responsibilities, you will design, develop, and document test plans and cases based on established business requirements. You will execute test cases for new features, including standard functionality checks and edge case evaluations, while also managing the initial release completion. Your role will involve acting as the first quality gate, ensuring that all testing passes before tickets are approved or sent back for rework. You will also collaborate with other QA Engineers to build a comprehensive understanding of the Oshi platform and write automation tests where appropriate to improve regression testing efficiency. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is not only skilled in manual testing but also possesses a creative and empathetic mindset to anticipate patient needs and actions.
