About the position

The QA Analyst position at INSPYR Solutions involves executing software testing for mobile and web applications, ensuring quality assurance through various testing methodologies. The role requires a strong understanding of agile practices and the ability to recommend improvements based on testing outcomes. This is a permanent, onsite position located in Orlando, FL, with a focus on the healthcare domain, particularly clinical applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute software testing of mobile and web applications.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
• Review new or modified programs, including documentation, diagrams, and flow charts, to ensure they meet user requests and guidelines.
• Recommend program improvements or corrections to programmers.
• Enter instructions to test programs for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to standards.
• Set up tests at the request of users to locate and correct program operating errors after installation.
• Conduct compatibility tests with customer integration.
• Monitor program performance post-implementation to prevent recurring issues and ensure operational efficiency.
• Write documentation to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction processes.
• Evaluate proposed software or enhancements for feasibility.
• Develop utility programs to test, track, and verify defects in software programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies.
• Familiarity with mobile computing and SaaS-based models.
• 1-2 years of experience in a quality analyst position.
• Experience in the healthcare domain involving clinical applications.

• Experience in using and user experience for telehealth platforms.
• Clinical or health system knowledge or experience with telehealth platforms.
• Experience in Azure Test Plans and Selenium.
