About the position

The QA Engineer position at SDG involves ensuring the quality of eCommerce and DTC brands' online experiences. The role focuses on maintaining high standards through collaboration with engineering and product teams, performing manual and automated testing, and contributing to the overall quality assurance process.

Responsibilities

• Work with Engineering leadership to develop and execute test plans.
• Analyze requirements for testing.
• Perform manual tests for UI/UX and functionality.
• Find and report issues with clear and detailed steps to reproduce.
• Conduct regression testing.
• Perform automation testing using tools such as Cypress.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years professional experience as a QA Engineer or relevant position.
• Technical and extremely detail-oriented.
• Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven and shares a high standard of quality.
• Able to work independently and within teams under minimal supervision.
• Able to learn new tools, services, and grow alongside the company.
• Works well with a team and adheres to QA/process guidelines.
