About the position

The QA Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and functionality of data being sent to CRM tools, specifically Salesforce. The QA Engineer will collaborate with various teams, extending beyond the Emerging Technology sector, to engage with the Center of Excellence for Salesforce, which includes multiple organizations. This role is pivotal in establishing a structured approach to Quality Assurance (QA) within Salesforce, as it is a new initiative for Emerging Technologies. The individual will be responsible for creating a comprehensive playbook that outlines best practices and methodologies for QA functionalities within the Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in QA, with a minimum of seven years of experience, particularly in leading QA efforts. They will need to demonstrate exceptional automation skills, particularly with tools such as Selenium and Postman, which are essential for this role. Additionally, a robust understanding of Salesforce administration is critical, as the candidate will be expected to navigate and manage Salesforce's core functionalities effectively. Strong communication skills are imperative, as the QA Engineer will need to articulate findings and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. Experience working at an enterprise level is also a requirement, ensuring that the candidate is familiar with the complexities and demands of large-scale operations.

Responsibilities

  • Test data flows to and from CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and document resolutions.

Requirements
