About the position

As a Senior Quality Engineer at Deluxe, you will be a key advocate for quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that the solutions provided are of the highest standard. You will leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies to optimize processes and drive efficiency, while also engaging in both manual exploratory and automated testing. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product excellence and maintain the company's reputation for quality.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate for quality and customer satisfaction in product use.
• Design, manage, and execute risk-based test plans and test cases for comprehensive testing.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to optimize process efficiency and quality assurance practices.
• Perform manual exploratory testing and automated testing using tools like Selenium.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 3 years of experience, or a High school/GED with 7 years of experience in Quality Engineering roles.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency in object-oriented coding languages, particularly Java.
• Experience with data-driven test frameworks and UI test automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 5+ years in progressive Quality Engineering roles, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
