About the position

The QA Engineer at IGT will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of software products through the design and execution of automated tests. This position involves collaboration with multi-functional teams to define and implement new features, as well as thorough documentation and tracking of bugs. The QA Engineer will also be responsible for developing testing processes and staying updated with the latest testing tools and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and complete automated tests to ensure the quality of software products.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
• Perform detailed regression testing where bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Monitor debugging process results.
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role for at least 5 years.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (JMeter, Postman, and Python scripting).
• Good knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
