About the position

The QA Lead Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within the supply chain and order management domain, specifically utilizing Oracle ERP systems. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage end-to-end QA execution, ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain processes meet the required standards. The position is hybrid, requiring three days of onsite work in either San Jose, CA or RTP, NC.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA execution in the supply chain/order management domain.
• Create and manage QA execution plans.
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Analyze and report on QA metrics and performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding QA processes and outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, specifically in supply chain/order management.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess and improve QA processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams.
