About the position

This senior QA position involves coordinating regression testing activities, managing resources, and ensuring best practices in test case management. The role requires extensive experience in quality assurance, particularly in regression testing, and the ability to lead automated testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all regression test activities, including manual functional and automated test execution.
• Track and seek resolution to all regression-related incident reports.
• Serve as a gatekeeper for all best practices involving test case templates and guidance.
• Plan regression cycles, resource utilization, and task assignments for each release.
• Coordinate regression activities within the QA group and with the automation group.
• Represent the QA department during planning and defect triage meetings.
• Provide comprehensive execution summary reports to QA Leads and Management.
• Work closely with functional QA to understand the impact on the existing regression suite due to business projects.
• Participate in project roadmap meetings with the fraud technology group.
• Provide sizing estimates based on requirements and impact analyses.

Requirements

• At least 8 years' experience in the QA field.
• Experience with key technology solutions/tools such as ETL, UNIX, SQL, and SOAP UI.
• Prior experience leading automated regression test strategy, planning, and execution.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
