About the position
Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a QA Manager with expertise in Guidewire and Automation to join their Quality Assurance Practice. This role involves overseeing QA work, managing automation and functional QA delivery, and providing strategic leadership in QA transformation initiatives. The position is remote, based in Coppell, TX, and is part of a globally recognized QA practice that services over 800 clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall automation and functional QA delivery across the project
- Plan and strategize automation roadmap and QA transformation across QA
- Monitor and report QA progress to QA leadership
- Provide thought leadership and QA solutions to QA leadership
- Estimate, plan and strategize work allocation and resource management for QA body of work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Good Test manager experience to oversee and manage QA work
- Guidewire skills
- Automation Skills
- GT Framework/Karate Framework
- Insurance domain experience
