About the position

The QA Manual Tester role involves testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify defects and deliver high-quality products. The tester will be responsible for developing test cases, executing tests, and maintaining documentation to support the testing process.

Responsibilities

• Test software applications manually (functional, regression, usability)
• Develop and execute test cases and test scripts
• Identify, report, and track defects using testing tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects
• Conduct exploratory testing and edge case analysis
• Participate in test planning and status meetings
• Develop and maintain testing documentation
• Ensure testing aligns with industry standards and best practices

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills (query writing, data analysis)
• Experience with database testing (data validation, schema review)
