About the position

The QA/QC Administrator at United Integrated Services (USA) Corp. is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control and assurance procedures for ongoing construction projects. This role involves providing administrative support to the QA/QC team, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to uphold quality standards throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, permits, testing reports, and other documents.
  • Ensure subcontractors and vendors adhere to the project's quality standards.
  • Assist in reviewing vendor quality documentation, certifications, and inspection reports.
  • Coordinate with field operations, engineers, and project managers to ensure quality control procedures are implemented and followed throughout all phases of construction.
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments, create a master schedule for all team members.
  • Take or distribute minutes of meetings, help prepare Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentations.
  • Create flow charts or other types of presentations to assist team members.
  • Maintain daily log of job site occurrences.
  • Assist the leaders with the invoice, payment control, and all administrative related tasks.
  • Ensure construction activities meet local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Work with safety teams to ensure compliance with safety protocol and guidelines.
  • Support internal and external quality audits and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Identify areas for improvement in QA/QC processes and recommend solutions to enhance the overall quality of construction deliverables.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience, in QA/QC preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control standards, and industry practices.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems, inspection procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to use engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or others.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees.
  • Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with commercial construction projects, particularly large-scale developments.
  • Verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
