About the position

The QA/QC Electrical Project Manager at Faith Technologies is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and quality control processes for electrical and specialty systems, as well as managing commissioning and startup schedules. This role requires a strong background in project management and electrical construction, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and effective communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a positive Company Culture by fostering friendly and constructive employee relations.
• Develops the QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring accuracy with the Estimating Department.
• Creates and implements the QAQC/Cx safety plan in collaboration with internal safety departments.
• Coordinates daily startup and commissioning activities with clients and leads various project meetings.
• Manages QAQC/Cx issues logs and coordinates with responsible parties to resolve issues.
• Works with third-party testing and commissioning agencies during startup procedures.
• Partners with Human Resources for recruiting, employee relations, and development of direct reports.
• Acts as a coach and developer of managerial talent, providing constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training/experience.
• 5 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience.
• 8 years of commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for construction projects exceeding $25MM in contract value.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google G-suite.
• Knowledge of the electrical construction trade.
