Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections for layout conduit systems, lighting systems, and control systems.
• Inspect installation of motor feeders and make standard motor connections.
• Identify potential quality issues from construction documents.
• Analyze startup/commissioning schedules and anticipate equipment installation standards.
• Complete overall quality inspections for projects of limited scope and size.
• Lead small crews of 2-5 electricians.
• Perform safety checks on job sites and maintain compliance with safety policies and standards.
• Demonstrate excellent customer relations through effective problem-solving techniques.
• Ensure Faith Quality Advantage processes and installation standards are utilized effectively and safely.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and refine job site quality processes.
• Provide statistical information and analyses regarding job site quality to the Commissioning Superintendent.
• Guide field employees and project supervisors on job site quality matters.
• Conduct on-site coaching and development of employees related to audits or crisis jobs.
• Review project expectations with leadership and provide feedback or corrective actions.
• Plan and implement assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Adhere to company culture and professional standards.
• Develop relationships that facilitate open dialogue and trust with leaders and direct reports.
• Clearly communicate vision, objectives, and tasks to appropriate individuals.
• Delegate tasks and communicate needs and expectations clearly.
• Measure and monitor the work of direct reports and teams.
• Coach and motivate direct reports to perform effectively and remove barriers to success.
• Assist in data collection for short circuit arc flash studies.
• Participate in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of field experience.
