Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and document detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Verify fixes by re-testing software.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine root cause and work with developers to confirm resolution.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain and improve automated testing scripts and tools.
• Continuously improve QA methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or two years of applicable experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of software lifecycle.
• Proficiency in manual testing.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. C# and .NET).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Azure DevOps experience (preferred but not required).
