About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our food products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection and a thorough understanding of relevant standards such as GMP in a food production facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on food production and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends or issues that require corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams while adhering to quality control standards.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and maintain documentation as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and suggesting enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably within a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Familiarity with GMP and FDA regulations is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while maintaining a focus on quality objectives.
• A commitment to upholding high standards of safety and compliance within the workplace.
