About the position
The QA Technician Intern at MACOM will be an integral part of the Quality team, working closely with experienced engineers. This internship is designed to provide valuable work experience in quality assurance, allowing the intern to take ownership of a business-critical project while receiving mentorship and guidance. The role includes hands-on experience, training, and opportunities for networking and professional development over a 12-week period.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced engineers in the Quality team.
- Take ownership of an individual project with defined outcome goals.
- Gain hands-on experience in quality assurance processes.
- Attend and present at a Poster Session about project successes and challenges.
- Participate in an intern webinar series and networking/social events.
- Receive formal, written feedback on performance.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering field.
- No prior experience required.

- Experience in MS Office.
