About the position

The Quality Assurance Analyst position is focused on supporting various project initiatives aimed at modernizing and improving the online business licensing management services for the State. The role involves implementing and maintaining a new ecosystem of applications while also supporting existing projects during the transition period. The selected candidate will leverage automation tools and frameworks to enhance the quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the Ranorex test automation framework to streamline regression test creation.
• Utilize SpiraTeam to generate detailed test execution reports and track progress.
• Implement and test APIs using C#, JavaScript, and .NET technologies.
• Manage application source control using Git.
• Write efficient SQL queries and stored procedures for SQL Server databases.
• Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to address user-reported issues and enhancement requests.
• Design, manage, and maintain an automation test framework.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with QA automation tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Ranorex for test automation.
• Experience with SpiraTeam for test management and reporting.
• Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, and .NET technologies.
• Experience in API implementation and testing.
• Familiarity with Git for source control management.
• Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures for database interaction.
