Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tests to detect system problems.
  • Conduct Requirements Analysis, Test Planning, Design, and Execution of tests.
  • Manage defects and provide status reporting.
  • Collaborate with Development and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Participate in software design reviews to provide input on functional requirements and product design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years as an IT QA Analyst.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience working in an Agile/Scaled Agile team.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Ability to create Test Plans, Test Cases, and perform Data Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Testing Industry best practices and testing techniques.
  • Critical and Analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with Test Management software.

Nice-to-haves

  • ISTQB Certification, Foundation Level Testing (CTFL).
  • Experience working in the insurance industry.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Experience testing cloud-enabled software.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks.
