About the position

As a QA Tester and Clinical Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and analyzing tests for various products and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with other project team members to ensure that testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies are effectively applied to meet the overall test objectives of the team. You will be expected to work independently with some guidance, leveraging your communication expertise to work closely with clients in framing and analyzing problems. This role requires you to apply logical structure and evidence-based reasoning to recommend solutions, drawing on your specific functional knowledge and general industry knowledge. In this position, you will also be tasked with developing or contributing to solutions for a variety of problems that are of moderate scope and complexity. You will have the opportunity to review or guide the activities of junior employees, fostering a collaborative environment. Your experience will be vital in analyzing and documenting software test results, as well as designing, implementing, tailoring, and documenting automated test frameworks used in testing projects. You will contribute to the delivery of testing artifacts, including automated testing plans, performance test plans, test reports, UAT plans, and traceability matrices. The role requires a strong understanding of standard testing methodologies, QA processes, and the software release cycle, along with the ability to estimate test efforts and track progress. You will be expected to maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and analyze tests for products and systems.
  • Collaborate with project team members to meet overall test objectives.
  • Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards and guidelines.
  • Work independently with some guidance and leverage communication expertise.
  • Work closely with clients to frame and analyze problems.
  • Apply logical structure and evidence-based reasoning to recommend solutions.
  • Analyze and document software test results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Tester or Software Integration and Test Engineer.
  • 3+ years of experience with creation of test cases, test suites, requirements analysis, and end-to-end test execution.
  • Experience with developing automated application test scripts using Katalon Studio Automation Testing Tool.
  • Experience with delivering testing artifacts, including automated testing plans and performance test plans.
  • Experience with analyzing and documenting software test results.
  • Experience with standard testing methodologies, QA processes, and software release cycle.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree.
