About the position

The QA Tester position focuses on automation testing within a software development environment. The role requires the creation of automation frameworks and involves collaboration with Agile teams to ensure software quality through effective testing practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation tools and methodologies, contributing both as a team player and an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Understand software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement.
• Create a new Automation Framework as needed.
• Utilize JIRA or similar tools for Test case and Defect Management.
• Work with Agile (Scrum) teams to ensure effective testing processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on automation experience with Core Java, Selenium, Junit/TestNG, Cucumber, Soap UI, REST, API, Eclipse IDE, Maven, Jenkins, IntelliJ, and similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
