About the position
The position is for a Student Business Analyst/QA Tester who will evaluate the functionality of online learning materials. The role involves providing feedback to enhance processes over time while gaining project management experience. Testers are required to report on their status and track activities, demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the functionality of online learning materials.
- Provide feedback to enhance processes over time.
- Produce weekly status reports on testing progress for QA Team leadership.
- Track activities related to testing.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Ability to access and navigate learning platform.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook or other reliable email/calendaring application.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once.
- Must be able to produce weekly status reports on testing progress.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience taking online courses on various platforms/from various institutions or providers.
- Experience using QA or Project Management software.
- Basic knowledge of coding or other technologies to automate QA testing.
- Ability to be proactive and propose new QA tests to the rest of the team.
