The QA Tester I is responsible for testing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that products meet the required standards before they are released. This role involves testing in both lab and production environments from a customer perspective, which is crucial for identifying any issues that may affect user experience. The QA Tester I will create test plans based on business and functional requirements, develop test cases tailored to client specifications, and execute both manual and automated test cases. In addition to executing tests, the QA Tester I will manage and triage defects, providing detailed reports on testing outcomes. Familiarity with mobile devices, including iPhone, Android, and Windows, is essential for comprehensive testing. The QA Tester I must follow established client processes and procedures for reporting and testing, ensuring that all test documentation is archived as directed. This position may require night and weekend work as dictated by project needs, and the tester must be prepared to work internationally for roaming testing. The role also allows for remote work for domestic roaming testing, providing flexibility in how testing is conducted.
