Are you itching to get your hands on the latest games before anyone else? Well, hold onto your controllers because we've got an opportunity that's bound to level up your career! First and foremost, you must eat, sleep, and breathe video games. Seriously, if gaming isn't your passion, then this might not be the adventure for you. Next up, you must be a master communicator with skills that would make Shakespeare jealous. Basic computer knowledge? Check. Troubleshooting skills? Double check. If you've got a broad knowledge of different game genres or you've dabbled in game development, consider that a bonus! This is an ONSITE role based in Kenner, Louisiana. Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM.

• Making impactful decisions and guiding the direction of QA efforts
• Ensuring accuracy and reliability of QA data, both quantitatively and qualitatively
• Facilitating clear and effective communication within QA processes
• Skillfully managing risks to keep QA work on course
• Investigating and resolving root causes to enhance QA effectiveness
• Leading and optimizing the processes that underpin QA excellence
• Ready to provide support to fellow QA Technicians and step into higher roles as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Computer skills
• Professional or ranked play experience in tactical hero shooter games such as VALORANT, Counter-Strike 2, Rainbow Six Siege, or Overwatch
• Ability to provide proof of current season ranking (including account name and email address) to verify with the game's publisher

Nice-to-haves
