About the position

The QA Tester role is focused on ensuring the quality and accuracy of data through automated testing processes, particularly in ETL development using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The position requires extensive experience in data validation and testing, leveraging automation tools and techniques to enhance data quality in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data quality assurance testing for ETL processes using Informatica IICS.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts for data validation using Python and SQL.
• Utilize the qTest tool for managing test cases and reporting results.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Participate in the design and implementation of testing strategies for data validation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in ETL development with Informatica IICS.
• Strong expertise in data QA with automation testing for ETL processes.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for automated data validation.
• Experience with the qTest tool for test management.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with additional data validation tools or frameworks.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for enhancing testing processes.
