About the position

The QA Tester role focuses on ensuring the quality of software products through various testing processes within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, defect reporting, and project management tools, particularly Clarity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of QA processes and SDLC.
• Utilize QC for defect reporting.
• Manage project portfolios using the Clarity Tool.
• Create and deliver presentations using MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the IT Quality Assurance field.
• Understanding of quality processes and process documentation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Background in best practice analysis, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
