About the position

Syntelligent Analytic Solutions is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to support a team of software developers and engineers in building a full-stack web application on AWS. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and functionality of the application through rigorous testing processes and collaboration with the development team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design data pipelines to support an end-to-end solution.
• Review application requirements and technical documentation to identify test cases and test data needs.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using defect tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to understand the cause and resolution of defects.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to developers and stakeholders on software usability and functionality.
• Mentor and oversee junior test analysts to ensure the growth of next-generation technical resources.
• Participate in test team meetings, discuss progress, and troubleshoot issues.
• Support developers and clients on testing-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4-8 Years relevant experience
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based applications
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like jMeter and LoadRunner
• Proficiency in using test management tools like Jira
• Knowledge of database monitoring and software development concepts
