About the position

The Manual QA Engineer will be responsible for manual testing on the Workday HCM platform, specifically focusing on the talent acquisition and talent management modules. Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing on the Workday HCM platform, focusing on talent acquisition and talent management modules.
• Implement and test new features such as chat-to-apply and candidate care.
• Write and execute test cases against Workday.
• Utilize defect management tools to track and manage issues.
• Collaborate with the team in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Manual Testing with Workday recruiting platforms (Talent Acquisition or Talent Management).
• Experience writing and executing test cases against Workday.
• Familiarity with defect management tools.
• Agile testing background.
• Automation experience using Tosca.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Paradox.
• Experience with Beamery CRM.
