About the position

Capio Group is looking for an experienced QA/Tester to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in assisting our client with the enhancement and maintenance of their recently replaced legacy online customer login portal. This position involves working closely with client leadership, business stakeholders, technical staff, and external systems integrators to provide consulting services that include technical analysis, design, system integration, and system development. The enhancements will focus on three main areas: Enhanced User Administration, Claim Intake Navigator, and Enhanced Data Analytics and Reporting Capabilities. The Enhanced User Administration will improve the functions available to client staff, enabling them to provide better customer support. The Claim Intake Navigator will implement an intuitive system that guides customers through dynamic sorting questions to help them access specific client services. Lastly, the Enhanced Data Analytics and Reporting Capabilities will empower client staff to deliver improved reporting by implementing usage analytics, data aggregation, and expanding the current analytics capabilities of the Portal. The Portal operates on the Salesforce platform, managing customer accounts with features such as user registration, login, password reset, and multi-factor authentication. It is designed to be accessible in both English and Spanish and integrates with various legacy systems and web services, including Akamai web security, Red Hat API Management, and Okta Identity Management services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the enhancement and maintenance of the online customer login portal.
  • Work with client leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Conduct usability testing and provide feedback on user experience.
  • Plan, script, and execute tests in Salesforce.
  • Provide technical analysis and design for system integration.
  • Implement an intuitive claims intake navigator for customer guidance.
  • Enable enhanced data analytics and reporting capabilities for client staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in usability testing within the last ten (10) years.
  • Working knowledge of various programming languages and development platforms.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Possession of a relevant certificate or a bachelor's degree (diploma may be requested).
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working with government clients within the last ten (10) years.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in planning, scripting, and testing in Salesforce within the last ten (10) years.
  • At least two (2) current references from previous engagements with similar companies or government entities.
