About the position

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a QA Tester. This position is part of a remote/hub team focused on compliance for legal processing, tax reporting, and abandoned property reporting. The team consists of over nine independent and curious members who work collaboratively to ensure quality in their deliverables. The interview process for this role includes one round of interviews with the manager conducted via Teams, requiring candidates to be on camera during the interviews. The primary responsibility of the QA Tester will be to assist in the testing and implementation of a new legal order processing case management system being installed by CapEx. This role is crucial in ensuring that the new application meets quality standards. The QA Tester will be tasked with testing the new application, providing necessary testing artifacts, supporting the completion of user stories, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Additionally, the QA Tester will be responsible for assuring quality code delivery for the legal order processing application. This position will involve collaboration with the Operations Transformation and Enablement team, as well as Document Management, and will require interaction with internal partners and an external software vendor via Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Test the new legal order processing case management system.
  • Provide testing artifacts for the new application.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Transformation and Enablement team and Document Management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consistent testing background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Knowledge of multiple testing platforms/agile strategies (JIRA, Zephyr, etc.).
  • Self-starter and independent worker who is not hesitant to ask for help.
  • Ability to support teammates and communicate effectively to leadership.
  • Bank experience is preferred.
