About the position

The QA Tester position involves ensuring product quality through both automation and manual testing. The role requires collaboration with team members and cross-functional teams, participation in Agile ceremonies, and effective communication regarding testing progress and issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automation tests to ensure product quality
• Perform manual testing according to the test plan and report results
• Conduct accessibility testing within development stories
• Execute cross-browser testing when applicable
• Actively participate in team meetings and Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate closely with QA team members and cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks
• Provide timely updates on issues and blockers to facilitate resolution by the team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing
• 5+ years of experience with Java development
• 5+ years of experience in manual testing
• 2+ years of experience in accessibility (A11y) testing
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA
• Experience with version control systems, particularly GitLab
• Hands-on experience with API testing
