About the position

The QAD Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Expert will be a key member of the IT team, responsible for application development, maintenance, and improvement projects primarily related to the QAD ERP system. This role supports various IT projects across all TN Americas locations, ensuring the effective integration and functionality of the ERP system to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Building and developing application tables, panels, and reports for the QAD ERP system.
• Coding individual modules and complex functions for a client/server enterprise application.
• Integrating software and developing external interfaces.
• Maintaining documentation related to the QAD ERP system.
• Designing and developing data conversion processes.
• Identifying and resolving testing issues.
• Managing and maintaining all IT resources, systems, and peripherals for related business sites.
• Collaborating with IT team members to achieve established goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, development, and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience with the QAD Enterprise Resource Planning system.
• Extensive analytical abilities and technical skills to isolate problems and implement solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience and technical training.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other ERP systems beyond QAD.
• Familiarity with software integration and external interface development.
