Responsibilities

• Applies job skills and company's policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks.
• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, requiring the ability to recognize deviations from accepted practices.
• Analyzes moderate-scope problems where a review of identifiable factors is vital.
• Participates in quality testing for ongoing customer stability studies.
• Supports production of in-process and final product drug lots for customers, ensuring timely and high-quality results to meet manufacturing demands.

Requirements

• An associate's degree in microbiology, biochemistry, or a related science field, or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of Quality Control experience is required.
• Consistent record of working successfully within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with strict attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity to resolve root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
