About the position

As a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Frontage Laboratories, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial aspects of various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and monitor project budgets for all Work Orders, which will include service fees, pass-through costs, project costs, and timelines. You will be tasked with consolidating project budgets and generating comprehensive reports that will be used for performance evaluation, financial analysis, and forecasting. This role requires a keen analytical mindset as you will analyze proposed operating and maintenance expenditures, utilizing financial methodologies to develop and interpret critical business and financial information. In addition to budget preparation, you will be responsible for creating detailed and cost-effective project budgets that will be used for bidding against competitors. Your expertise will also be essential in performing risk assessments related to the budget planning process, ensuring that all potential financial risks are identified and mitigated. You will prepare projection reports and financial forecasting models that will assist the company in its project proposals and pricing strategies, making your contributions vital to the overall success of the organization. This position demands a high level of financial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure that all financial aspects of projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals. Your insights and analyses will directly influence decision-making processes and help drive the company's financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor project budget for all Work Orders including service fees, pass-through costs, project costs, and timelines.
  • Consolidate project budgets and generate reports for performance evaluation, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Analyze proposed operating and maintenance expenditures using financial methodologies to develop and interpret business/financial information.
  • Prepare detailed and cost-effective project budgets for bidding against competitors.
  • Perform risk assessment in relation to budget planning process analysis.
  • Prepare projection reports and financial forecasting models to assist on the company's project proposals and pricing.

Requirements

  • Master of Science or foreign equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Taxation or a related field.
  • 6 months of experience in the job offered or 6 months of experience as an Accountant.
  • Experience must include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll processing, maintaining general ledger, journal entries and account reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
  • Proficiency in financial and budgeting software applications and tools including QuickBooks, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
