About the position

The Quality Assurance Analyst position at Maximus Services, LLC is a temporary role focused on supporting the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) by monitoring call quality and providing feedback to ensure high standards of customer service during disaster assistance operations. This remote position requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of disaster survivors.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming calls and other work types to assess the quality of service provided.
  • Conduct call monitoring sessions to ensure compliance with established quality and performance standards.
  • Provide feedback on call monitoring results to the QA Supervisor.
  • Evaluate recorded and/or transcribed interactions and provide context for ratings.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check.
  • Must be a US Citizen and reside in the Contiguous US.

Nice-to-haves

  • Training or education in area of specialization.
