About the position

The QA/QC Technician at Innerline Engineering, Inc. is responsible for ensuring quality control and assurance through various analytical tasks. This role involves managing large databases, reviewing video and data submissions, and maintaining quality control standards to ensure timely delivery to customers. The technician will work closely with different teams to track project statuses and identify discrepancies in data.

Responsibilities

• Work with and review video media files for quality assurance
• Create and maintain accurate recordkeeping
• Manage database and submittal spreadsheets
• Assist with the creation of quality control standards
• Manage complex projects through completion, including tracking and status updates while adhering to deadlines
• Review all data for discrepancies and report findings to appropriate individuals
• Review all contracts and supply critical information to appropriate resources
• Develop and maintain GIS dataset
• Create thematic maps and digitize information for analysis
• Assist with data management and identify areas that may cause potential conflict
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Minimum three years of data management experience preferred
• Associate's degree preferred with relevant GIS experience
• Prior experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Services, or Construction industries preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
• Ability to navigate various computer and IT systems
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to analyze situations and determine appropriate actions
• Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with co-workers and vendors
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing and prioritizing projects under pressure
• Willingness to create tools and processes to improve efficiency

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
