About the position
The QC Sample Coordinator I position at PCI Pharma Services is responsible for supporting the Quality Control Sample Management group. This role involves managing the sampling and inspection of raw materials, coordinating testing with internal and external resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. The coordinator will handle the logging, distribution, storage, and disposal of pharmaceutical samples, while also participating in the writing and revision of cGMP documents and Material Control Procedures.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and perform sampling of raw materials across PCI NH sites.
- Complete all applicable sample submission paperwork to the appropriate testing labs.
- Participate in the writing and revision of cGMP documents and Material Control Procedures (MCP).
- Assist with reviewing MCP and results to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with coordinating external testing.
- Perform inspections on packaging components.
Requirements
- 0-3 years relevant business experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Professional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team, with limited supervisory oversight.
- Master Control experience is a plus.
- cGMP experience is a plus.
