About the position

As an Advanced Field Service Engineer at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support and expertise to customers, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Your role is crucial for ensuring the successful implementation of Quality Control Systems (QCS) solutions and driving customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Field Service Engineering Manager, with a significant travel requirement to various locations in Alabama and Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our QCS solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Quality Control Systems technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
